At Morphsync Tech Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality software development, hosting, and consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which payments and refunds are handled for our services.
1. Payment Structure β Software Development
Our standard payment terms for software development projects are as follows:

20% Confirmation Payment β Payable at the time of project initiation and agreement signing.

30% Midway Payment β Due when either 50% of the project is completed or 50% of the agreed timeline has elapsed (whichever comes first).

50% Final Payment β Required before final project delivery, handover, or deployment.
All payments must be made in accordance with the milestones outlined in the official project agreement or invoice.
2. Third-Party Payments

Any third-party services (such as APIs, plugins, licenses, domains, hosting outside Morphsync, etc.) required for the completion or functioning of the software are to be paid directly by the client.

Morphsync Tech Private Limited is not liable for refunds related to any third-party products or services purchased by or on behalf of the client.

Once a third-party service is procured or activated, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Conditions β Software Development
Please note the following terms regarding refunds for software development projects:

The 20% confirmation payment is non-refundable if the client decides to cancel the project at any stage.

Once the midway payment (30%) has been made and work has progressed, no partial or full refunds will be provided for work already completed or in progress.

The final 50% payment is expected before delivery. Failure to make the final payment may result in project suspension or termination, with no refund of previous payments.

If Morphsync Tech Private Limited fails to deliver the project as per the agreed scope and timelines due to internal reasons, a fair resolution or refund will be considered at our sole discretion.
4. Refund & Cancellation β Hosting Services
For our web hosting services, provided under the brand βThe Tech Packsβ, the following terms apply:

Cancellations and full refunds are only available within 3 calendar days of the hosting order being placed.

After 3 days, no refunds or cancellations will be processed, regardless of usage or activation status.

Clients are responsible for any third-party hosting tools, SSLs, domains, or add-ons purchased with their hosting plan β these are non-refundable.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of billing disputes or concerns, clients are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected]Β within 7 days of the billing date. We will review all concerns in good faith and provide a resolution where appropriate.
6. Policy Acknowledgment
By engaging with Morphsync Tech Private Limited for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Refund Policy.
